The solution displays information on telephone activity based on incoming and outgoing call numbers stored in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (including missed calls).

It offers simplified operations to display information, create actions or simply search for the contact person from the MS-CRM database.

If the caller does not exist in MS-CRM, it can be created automatically or manually from CTI for MS-CRM Integration.

Simple and intuitive, CTI for MS-CRM Integration offers an advanced search solution to quickly find contacts across prospect, account and contact entities by phone number, first name, last name, company and/or email address or any other standard or custom field.

Notifications

During an incoming or outgoing call, it is possible to trigger various actions such as displaying the page of the calling contact or creating a new contact, account or prospect, when this is not known in the CRM.
CTI - The features

CTI for MS-CRM Integration offers you the possibility to create your own custom actions. For example, you can add buttons and entries in the contextual menus that allow you to locate a contact on a map using Google Maps or to call a contact via Skype.
