The solution displays call data of the phone numbers of incoming, outgoing and missed calls, as they are recorded in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Using simple procedures, you can bring up information, create actions or search for a contact in Dynamics 365.

If the caller is not in Dynamics 365, a new contact can be created automatically or manually from CTI for Dynamics 365 Integration.

It lets you search across multiple entities in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM— whether you are looking for a lead, contact, or account. Search by first name, surname, phone number, company, email address, or any other standard or personalized field.

When on a call, you can launch a host of different actions such as displaying the caller’s contact page or creating a new contact, account or lead entity if there is not already one in the CRM.

Additionally, you can make your own personalized actions with CTI for Dynamics 365 Integration by adding new buttons or context menu entries. These actions could be locating your contact on Google Maps or calling a contact via Skype.
