Update7.12.2021: When we published our article (April 2018) we recommended you to wait until the calling features are fully integrated in Microsoft Teams. Today we can say that 99% of the calling features that were present on Skype for Business are available on Teams. Also, more than 70% of our customers have already migrated their telephony to Teams and almost all of them use at least Teams for collaboration.
