How We Work

A piece of advice, not a sales pitch.

Our approach is consultative: we tell you what we think, even when it’s not in our best interest. That’s what makes projects succeed.

Services

You flip the switch. Here's what's behind it.

Nine areas of IT services, a single provider in French-speaking Switzerland, and the same team from planning through maintenance. The following outlines what we handle, what we ultimately deliver, and how you can engage our services.

This remains the same across all fields.

Four commitments that apply to the following nine areas. Since they are listed here, they are not repeated nine times below.

01

Define the scope in writing before you begin

You’ll receive a proposal for the project: scope, workload, timeline, and deliverables. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you sign.

02

The Same People All the Way Through

Those who have provided estimates are working on them, and those who have completed them are holding onto them. There is no handoff between the pre-sales team and the production team.

03

A Planned Step Back

No transition should take place without a contingency plan, without a set timeline for implementation, and without keeping the old system in place until the new one has proven itself.

04

A limit stated in plain language

Consultations to assess your needs and prepare a proposal are free of charge. Audits, design studies, and architectural schematics are included in the scope of work.

What We Cover

Nine areas of IT services—and what's left on your desk at the end.

Each domain is described by the problem it addresses, followed by its deliverables. The right-hand column is always in the same place: you can read this page by focusing solely on that column.

Areas 01–03

What Your Teams Use Every Day

What your employees open in the morning, and what makes it work behind the scenes.

01

Infrastructure and cloud

The question is almost never, “Should we move to the cloud .” The question is : what is it , in what order, and at what operating cost? Some tasks benefit from it, while others cost more than they did on day one in a machine room.

We assess the current setup, cost out the two scenarios, and then carry out the migration in phases, keeping the old environment running until acceptance testing is complete. And we know how to build both sides: Azure on one side, servers, storage, and Dell hyperconvergence; on the other, all the way to the immutable backup vault.

Our Services Azure in detail

What We Deliver

  • An assessment of the current situation and the operating costs of the two scenarios over a three-year period
  • A wave-by-wave " migration " plan, showing the dependencies and the window for each switch
  • The target environment —built, documented, and accepted—in the cloud just like in your server room
  • The recovery plan has been tested, not just written down

02

Digital Workspace

Email, files, meetings, mobility, managed workstations: these are the things your employees open up in the morning. This is the area where a mistake becomes apparent right away—to everyone at once.

We deploy, we back up the data, and most importantly, we provide training before the switchover—not after. A tool delivered without instructions is not truly delivered.

This is also where mergers and acquisitions are handled: bringing together two entities Microsoft 365—including mailboxes, files, teams Teams , and identities—without users missing a single day of work.

What We Deliver

  • A configured " Microsoft 365 " foundation: identities, licenses, compliance and security policies
  • The migration of mailboxes and databases, with coexistence during the transition
  • The device fleet managed since Intune : registration, applications, updates
  • Bringing Two Entities Together After a Merger: Offices, Files, Teams, Identities
  • Training sessions and reference guides provided to users

03

Telephony and Contact Centers

Integrating voice into Teams is simple in theory but challenging in practice: operators, session controllers, numbering plans, emergency services, legal recording, and business-specific queues.

This is the area where we act as both a software publisher and an integrator: we developed NexTeams365 because our own customers lacked the tools they needed to manage their systems.

What We Deliver

  • Numbering Plan, Routing, and Retention of Your Numbers
  • Installed and redundant session controllers connected to your service provider
  • Contact center queues and call flows, developed in collaboration with the business
  • The operational tools that let your team manage phone services without us

Areas 04–06

What We Design and Build

What we build when no product on the market exactly meets the need.

04

IT Architecture and Strategy

Architecture is only good for three years; otherwise, it’s useless. We produce diagrams that can be put to use: actual dependencies, breakpoints, costs, and the order in which construction projects take place.

For an IT department, we’re also working on aligning with the business: cost control, risk management, and a three-year roadmap. This is a mandate, not just a conversation.

What We Deliver

  • Target architecture diagrams and the path from the current state
  • A detailed, cost-estimated roadmap, project by project, including dependencies
  • The terms of reference for a request for proposals and the comparative analysis of the responses
  • Operational documentation that is kept up to date and provided to your teams

05

Business Applications and Interfaces

When the market tool doesn't cover your line of work, there are two options: adapt your work to fit the tool, or write the missing functionality. We choose the second option when it costs less than the first.

Most of the time, we don’t add a platform: we buildthe business interface on Power Apps and Dataverse —the core of Power Platform —that is, on the native foundation of your Dynamics 365. No connectors, no ETL, a single security system, licenses you already own, and a user interface your teams are already familiar with. When a fully customized solution is needed, we build it: applications, portals, and extensions.

This is also where we tackle legacy applications that are costly to maintain: we take them on, break them down, and rebuild them on a sustainable foundation.

What We Deliver

  • Specifications validated with your users before writing the first line of code
  • The application, its data model, and its technical documentation —and the source code, if available
  • Multi-company segmentation by role and field, integrated with your directory Entra ID
  • The recipe book created together with you, and the import of your existing data
  • Maintenance: Fixes, Changes, and Version Updates

06

Integration and Custom Development

You already have the tools you need, but more often than not, they don’t communicate with each other. This is the request we hear most often: connecting two systems that aren’t talking to each other, sharing data with a partner, automating tasks that are still done manually, or filling in the gaps between the two.

We develop the tool that meets the need, whatever form it may take. A web service that exposes your data properly, an interface between your ERP and your CRM, an automated process that imports a file every morning, a system that handles volumes no one had anticipated, or a calculation engine when business rules warrant being isolated. The form follows the need—never the other way around.

A consistent rule: what is specific stands on its own. Built separately from the application that uses it and from the system that consumes its results, a service is tested, versioned, monitored, and scaled—and it evolves without affecting the rest. The rest is a matter of robustness—queues, automatic recovery, isolated failed messages, duplicate detection: a process that loses a message once a year is a process that loses a message.

What We Deliver

  • The interface specifications agreed upon with the other service provider—each party delivers at its own pace, without any mutual dependencies
  • The developed tool —whether an interface, web service, automation system, or calculation engine—has been tested, versioned, and monitored, along with its test data sets
  • API : displayed and documented, with authentication, versions, and supervision
  • The processing workflow: receipt, retention of the original copy, reprocessing, reconciliation
  • The delivery pipeline and environments: nothing is manually deployed to production

What Lasts Over Time

Day-to-day service, equipment that arrives ready to use, and the documentation you'll need to provide someday.

07

Service desk and IT outsourcing

Outsourcing support isn't about pushing problems aside—it's about putting second- and third-level support behind your team so they stop spending their days putting out fires.

We are committed to maintaining the environments we have built—and those we haven't. This is a firm commitment, not just a gesture of goodwill.

IT outsourcing services are provided from French-speaking Switzerland by teams that can come on-site: Renens, Sion , and Châtel-Saint-Denis. No one has to open a support ticket from the other side of the world.

What We Deliver

  • A service contract: scope, hours covered, response times
  • Environment monitoring, with alerts sent to us first
  • A periodic activity report: incidents, trends, and what needs to be addressed at the root cause
  • Planned version upgrades, rather than forced ones

08

Dell Hardware and Logistics

Buying hardware is easy. But buying the right hardware for your environment, setting it up, and getting it up and running is a skill in itself. We cover Dell Technologies Gold Partner—from the workstation to the cloud datacenter : workstations and monitors, servers, storage, networking, hyperconvergence, data protection, all the way to immutable storage.

A workstation shouldn't be a project: the configuration is finalized with you, enrollment Autopilot, the image and applications are prepared remotely, and identity and policies Intune are applied before the user even opens the box. The user logs in and finds their environment ready to go.

We also supply the equipment for the projects we carry out—session controllers, audio and video terminals—and deliver them to our clients' subsidiaries worldwide, including in locations with restricted access.

What We Deliver

  • The Out-of-the-Box Workstation: Autopilot —image, applications, identity, and compliance set up before delivery
  • Installed and connected infrastructure: servers, storage, hyperconvergence, backup
  • Delivery to your locations, both in Switzerland and abroad, and customs clearance
  • Warranty Management and Replacement in the Event of a Breakdown

09

Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Responsibility for security and compliance remains with your management: it cannot be delegated. What can be delegated is the work involved in modeling, technical implementation, and verification.

We start with your actual obligations—data protection, industry-specific requirements, and client requirements—and translate them into settings, procedures, and auditable logs.

What We Deliver

  • Risk Mapping and the Gap Between Your Obligations and Your Current Situation
  • The compliance plan, prioritized by risk and cost
  • Settings applied: access, encryption, retention, logging
  • Evidence to be presented to an auditor or a client who has commissioned the engagement

On-site, in the cloud, and in between

The middle column is the one that handles the projects.

Almost no one is entirely on-site; almost no one is entirely in the cloud. True competence lies neither on the left nor on the right: it lies in coexistence, and that is where migration issues play out.

How to Buy from Us

Three ways to get involved, depending on what you want to wear.

The difference between the three isn't the price—it's who bears the risk of misuse. We'll tell you which one is right for your project, even if it isn't the most expensive one.

Model 1

Flat rate

A written scope, a price, a date. For everything that can be defined: a migration, a deployment, an integration, an application.

What You Pay
An amount agreed upon at the time of signing, paid in installments based on milestones. It is based on a breakdown of the work quantified in person-days, not on a rough estimate.
Who is responsible for the drift?
We. If the project takes longer than expected, the price won't change.
What It Takes
A stable scope. Any changes along the way are addressed through an amendment, and that's in writing.

Model 2

In-house

One of our engineers on your team, reporting to you, for as long as you need. Whether you need extra help, a specialist, or to handle a surge in workload.

What You Pay
Time spent, on a daily or monthly basis, with no guarantee of results.
Who is responsible for the drift?
You. In return, you stay in control of your priorities, day after day.
What It Takes
A federal license to provide staffing services. We hold one.

Authorization LSE since 2018

Model 3

Under a service contract

Maintenance after the project is delivered. Second- and third-level support, oversight, updates, and version upgrades.

What You Pay
A subscription, calculated based on the coverage area and hours of coverage.
Who is responsible for the drift?
We, within the terms of the contract: our response times are binding commitments.
What It Takes
A documented environment. If we didn't build it, we start by surveying it.

Consultant Delegation

We've already found the person, or we'll find them.

Regardless of the role or the duration of the assignment. Our engineers are our own employees—hired by us, trained by us—and they return to our company at the end of the assignment: this is not a marketplace.

The profiles we're asked for

  • Architect cloud Azure and Microsoft 365
  • Systems and Infrastructure Engineer
  • Telecommunications and Unified Communications Engineer
  • Administrator Intune and workstations
  • Business Analyst
  • Project Manager and Program Director
  • Security and Compliance Consultant
  • Developer Power Platform , and Dynamics 365
  • Developer Azure and integration
  • Data and Processing Engineer

If you don't see a profile on this list, don't worry: our network of specialists in French-speaking Switzerland far exceeds our own staff. There is no charge for the search, and you can meet the person before making a decision.

How We Work

Sometimes we say no. In fact, it’s the only way to keep the promises we make.

We turn down projects we wouldn’t be able to handle: unrealistic scope, impossible timelines, or technology we don’t understand well enough to troubleshoot at 3 a.m. Pointing this out when we submit a proposal costs us a contract; discovering it during production costs much more—and not just to us.

This isn’t free advice; it’s a refusal to sell. The difference can be summed up in one sentence: we don’t charge for preparing a proposal, and we don’t provide a feasibility study until we have a retainer agreement. There’s nothing to negotiate between those two points.

Thirty years of projects in French-speaking Switzerland as a Microsoft integrator have taught us what goes wrong. That’s also why we remain a small, personal company: you speak directly to the person who will do the work, and that person has the right to say no.

Let's talk about it

Let us know where you stand. We'll get back to you with an offer.

We’ll prepare a proposal free of charge—covering the scope, workload, timeline, and deliverables—with no obligation on your part. And if you’d like, we’ll put you in touch with someone who has led a similar project.
