Initial situation
Our client needed to manage all their patient files but had no professional tools to allow them to have a complete follow-up of a file.
This caused too much slowness due to problems with synchronisation of information, numerous errors and a backlog of paperwork.
Goal
The aim was to optimise the management and follow-up of customers and to have a clear process.
Concept
There was a need for a tool that included the functionality of the Infopath "Patient File" document as well as the implementation of a workflow system and the development of specific reports.
The solution Dynamics 365 CRM, implemented and customized by the Lambert Consulting team, optimizes client management and follow-up: all patient information is consolidated in one place. All emails exchanged between doctors, secretaries, and coordinators are also linked to the patient so they can be accessed quickly and easily.
