Proof of Concept for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
Many of our clients successfully complete a trial of the proof of concept (PoC) for Direct Routing Microsoft Teams. This provides them with the information they need to demonstrate to their executives the benefits the company stands to gain. If this applies to you as well, we are the specialist company to make that a reality. For over ten years, we have been providing products and delivering support services for Microsoft OCS, Lync, Skype for Business and Cloud Connector Edition (CCE). Our team has the technical expertise to support your organization’s transition to Teams and to help you get the most out of the platform.
EASY TRANSITION TO CALLING IN TEAMS
When Teams is integrated with an existing PBX, pilot users can be moved to Calling in Teams , while others users remain on the legacy PBX. Eventually, all users can be easily transitioned to Calling in Teams. The call traffic between these users remains within the organization during the transition.
Support for Analog Devices
If an organization decides to switch to Calling-in- Teams , but has analog devices such as DECT servers, elevator phones, or overhead pagers, these devices can be connected to Teams and the PBX/PABX phone system via Direct Routing. Call traffic between analog devices and Teams users remains within the organization.

What an article Can't Know
An article describes what applies to everyone. What varies from one organization to another is the inventory: which applications, which accounts, and which pieces of equipment are actually involved in your organization. The inventory determines the scope of the effort, and it cannot be summarized on a single page.
You'll be speaking directly with the engineers who will be doing the work, not with a middleman. We'll respond within 24 business hours.
