OPD – New diagnostic tool for Skype for Business
OPD is a PowerShell e based on a collection of diagnostic scenarios, analyzers, rules, and information for diagnosing common problems in Skype for Business 2015 and 2019 in On-Premise , and hybrid environments.
Getting started
First, you mustinstall orupgradeto the latest version ofOPD. Next, review the instructions onhow to use OPD. Then, determine which scenario you want to test. Note that each scenario will have one or more unique tests. For the initial release, Microsoft provides diagnostic scenarios only for some of the key server support issues Skype for BusinessOn-Premise. (See the table below.) Note that additional scenarios will follow.
