Artificial Intelligence: A Cross-Functional Offering

Results first. Infrastructure second.

An assistant for your documents, end-of-line verification, a platform for multiple services. Where artificial intelligence is applied is determined by your data, not by a catalog.

Our first department

This is what needs to work every morning.

Your servers, your workstations, your phone systems, and your identities. The foundation that no one notices as long as it holds, but that everyone notices the day it fails.

How We Work

A piece of advice, not a sales pitch.

Our approach is consultative: we tell you what we think, even when it’s not in our best interest. That’s what makes projects succeed.

Microsoft and Dell integrator in French-speaking Switzerland since 1995

Artificial Intelligence That Pays Off starts with a problem to solve.

Next, you choose the technology that best suits your needs. And we manage it, just like your servers and your phone system.

Two departments

Two professions under one roof, and what connects them.

Many integrators do one or the other. We do both, with separate teams and people who communicate with each other: when a business application needs telephony, or when a migration cloud affects management software, no one passes the buck.

What Needs to Work Every Morning

Servers, cloud, workstations, email, and the phone system. Things no one notices when everything’s working fine, but everyone notices the day it all goes down.

We design it, install it, train your teams, and maintain it after it goes live. This is also where the artificial intelligence runs when it needs to remain on your premises.

When do people call us?
  • A server is reaching the end of its support life, and no one knows what's running on it anymore
  • The bill for cloud has doubled without any new services being added
  • The backup has been green for two years and has never actually been restored
  • It takes three days to set up a new employee's workstation

What Should Suit Your Profession

Customer relations, service, internal processes, dashboards. The tool should adapt to the way you work—not the other way around.

We integrate what already exists and develop what’s missing—even when the solution isn’t available on the market. And that’s where artificial intelligence comes into play: in Teams, in Dynamics 365, and in your applications.

When do people call us?
  • A customer tells the same story three times to three different people
  • The quote is stored in a spreadsheet, and the claim is in a shared folder
  • Three people pick the same number and get three different results
  • The market tool doesn't do what your business actually does
A cross-functional offering

Artificial intelligence relies on both: the use case comes first, and the technology second.

We are not computer scientists.

We are engineers, analysts, integrators, and project managers. We’re people who love to make the complicated simple—and, above all, we love a job well done. We don’t sell hours of discussion; we take on a scope, a timeline, and a deliverable—which means we set clear boundaries from the start.

It won't cost you a thing

  • Listening to your needs and inspecting the existing space
  • Preparing a detailed proposal, including the scope and timeline
  • A response to a request for proposals or a request for information
  • Bringing together the people who will do the work

What is included in the mandate

  • Audits, design studies, and architectural plans
  • Rollout plans, testing, and production deployment
  • Development, Integration, and Data Migration
  • Training, second- and third-level support, and updates

We are Microsoft Solutions Partner, Dell Technologies Gold Partner, and have helda federal temporary staffing license since 2018. This license certifies aservice provider that assigns its own employees to your projects, whether on a time-and-materials or fixed-price basis: it is not a consulting license.

Give it a try—that's what it's for

Just flip a switch, and it's all taken care of.

This is the relationship you’ll have with the project: you make the decision, and we handle everything else. The steps that follow aren’t just for show—they’re the ones we take care of under our mandate.

The four sections are based on actual projects. The figures cited are those from projects published on this site.

5 projects, 39 steps

If a project really got off the ground like that, it would be way too easy.

You just flipped a switch, and everything fell into place. We sincerely wish it were that simple in real life.

In real life, there’s the inventory that no one bothered to keep up to date, the dependencies you discover along the way, the system rollback on a Friday night, the team members who need reassurance, and the fallback plan to prepare just in case. None of that fits into a single switch.

That’s exactly where we like to be: right by your side throughout the entire transition, right up until Monday morning, when no one even thinks about it anymore because everything is running smoothly. We’d be delighted to walk this path with you.

Just let us know where you're at. We'll get back to you with a proposal for how to proceed—not just a brochure.

The Schedule

You flip the switch. We'll take care of the rest.

Whether it's artificial intelligence or your servers: four steps, always the same, no matter the project or department. The first one costs you nothing.

Scoping workshop between a client and our teams

Frame

We listen, assess the current situation, and present a proposal for the project: scope, workload, timeline, and deliverables. You know exactly what you’re getting before you sign, and you know who will be doing the work.

Design

Architecture, rollback plan, dependencies, intervention window, and planned rollback. This is the part that failed projects skipped.

Toggle

First on a pilot basis, then in phases; the old system will remain in place until the new one has proven itself. Users are trained before the transition, not after.

Hold

Second- and third-level support, supervision, and updates. With the same people. A project that is delivered and then abandoned is not a delivered project.

Let's talk about it

Let us know where you stand. We'll get back to you with an offer.

Getting a quote is free:scope, workload, timeline, and deliverables—with no obligation on your part. Do you have a specific use case for artificial intelligence in mind? Describe it in three lines, and we’ll get back to you with a scope and a price. And if you’d like, we’ll put you in touch with someone who has led a similar project.
