On the right part of the window there is a call list. When you receive a call the number or the object's name displays in the list.
If the CTI finds several elements associated with this number in the CRM, it displays a list of all these elements. By right clicking on one of the elements, it will be possible to associate the current call with the selected element.
By selecting an entry in the call list, it will be possible to perform different actions depending on the type of this element. For that, you only need to click on a button under the list to perform the corresponding action. These buttons activate and deactivate depending on the type of the selected item.
