The goal of this document is to guide you through the different stages of the application such like installation, setting up and usage.
This application is an interface between telephony central and the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. It supports 2 telephony interfaces: Microsoft Lync and TAPI (Microsoft Telephony API) 2.1 and 3.0. This is It is possible, from an incoming or outgoing call, to save the phone number and corresponding information in the CRM such like Contact, Lead and Account. There is also the possibility to create new contacts, leads or account associated to the call number. It is also possible to associate an activity to these elements.
