Entity properties:

Entitiy properties

Details

SchemaName: MSCRM Filed Name of the entity.
DisplayName: Text displayed to the search criteria.
Url for Editing Entity:  
Default Icon
  Element Image of the entity type displayed in the research results window and in the call history window.

Button properties:

 

Details

Display Name: Text displayed on the button
Command: Button action
Always Enable: If the checkbox is not selected, the button will be only active when an element of the main entity type is selected in the history call list
In Missing Field
Display message: Display a message when the button command has empty fields in MSCRM.
Continue: Continue button action even if the command has empty fields in MSCRM

Details

Display Name: Text displayed in the context menu.
Command: Action of the context menu
DialingField:

Display message: Display a message when the context menu command has empty fields in MSCRM.
Continue: Display the context menu even if the command has empty fields in MSCRM.

SchemaName: MSCRM field name displayed on the research result windows.

PhoneField properties:

 

Details

SchemaName: MSCRM field Name which contains a phone number.
DisplayName: Text shown in the context menu used to differentiate the telephone numbers from the list of the element.

SchemaName: MSCRM field name in which the application will conduct research.
