The application event log displays errors and warring that occur in the application.
Whenever an error or a waring occurs, the icon in the notification area turns into an exclamation point.
By right clicking on this icon and choosing Tools > Options then by selecting Support, the following window opens:
Once you open this window, you will see the seriousness of the
error and the message. The seriousness can be an error, a warning
or information.
The message describes the error, the warning or the information. If
you hover your mouse over a message, a popup appears showing the
entire message.
It is possible to empty the log by clicking [Empty Log] button in the bottom right of the window.
In case of extraordinary behavior of the application, it is possible to activate the advanced logs that will set a higher level of log reporting on the actions and on the values of the application.
In order to have our support team informed of any error that,
you encounter you can send a copy of your event log to Lambert
Consulting. To do this fills your email description on the email
field and click on [Send]. A valid icon will confirm
that the email has been sent. Our support team will analyze the
behavior of the application and will be able to send you a response
or to fix the problem.
