To configure the automations, go to the menu Tools > Options, then select the tab Automation.
In this tab Automation you can configure the actions that you want to execute when an event occurs. This configuration is used only in Personal mode. In Global, mode these settings are editable only by the configuration administrator.
When you detail on of these main entrances, you can see a list of events:
When you select one of these events you can click the add action button that displays a list of available actions. Choose the actions that you want to add and confirm with OK.
Once you added shares at an event, they are displayed under the name of the event. You can delete them by selecting one of them and then clicking the delete.
When you don't want to be disturbed by the automatic popup, you can disable by unchecking the option enable automatic popup.
When the option Create an activity log at the end of each successful call. A telephone activity is automatically created on the CRM with the duration of the call.
The addition of the activity can also reduce to contacts, leads or existing companies already existing on your CRM. To activate this option check only if the contact, lead or account exists.
