Administrative installation

This page describes the administrative installation of this application. Administrative installation means preparation for enterprise deployment.

Get an MSI Installation file

• Open the Command Prompt and then execute the following command: [applicationName] /a (i.e.: cti_for_mr_crm_integration_5.0.12.0.exe /a).
• Choose the extracting destination in the dialog box (i.e.: C:\Temp\).

Sillent installation

• After extractig the MSI file, open the Command Prompt and then execute the following command line : msiexec /i [nomApplication] /qn (i.e.: msiexec /i "CTI for MS-CRM Integration.msi" /qn).
