Industrialization of the generation and maintenance of the machines of the technology asset management of the town of Lausanne

Phase I (before the project starts)

• Analyze of the opportunity of doing the maintenance of the park with SCCM.
• Recommendation for the standardization of the methods of deployment and maintenance

Phase II (Project Starts – before deployment)

• Finalization of the basic XP image to integrate it with the Preset
  software Installer.
• Industrialization of the generation of the stations "from scratch" :
• Installation of the méthods and the development environment of the « packages ».
• Installation of a control application of development follow-up.
• Definition of the roles in the process of development and validation of the packages
• Definition of the procedures development of package according to the type of application.
  
• pre-input of the working stations configurations and the validation by the people concerned.

Phase III (Project Starts – deployment)

• Support and training to Swisscom Group which realizes the deployment
• Transfer of the know-how with the staff of the town of Lausanne.

Phase IV (Project Starts – after déployment)

• Installation of SCCM and deployment of the « Advanced Client » on all the migrated stations.
• Deployment of the corrective measures of security with the functions of Software Update from SCCM.
