Simulation mode

There is a special mode that simulate a phone exchange. You can use this mode to test whether the connection to the CRM works by simulating incoming, outgoing and answered calls.

How it works ?

  • Install the CTI for MS-CRM Integration application. Use the TAPI version if you have no telephone exchange.
  • Run the application and open the application's properties.
  • Configure the settings (MS-CRM path) and then click on the Test button.

  • Then the following dialog box is pops up.

  • At this stage, you can close the Properties dialog box is you wish.
  • Now simply type, in the simulation box, the phone number and then click on the Incoming Call or Outgoing Call button, to simulate either an incoming or outgoing call.
  • Calls are logged in the main window of the application and automatic pop up are done as you configure it in the properties.

  • You can then simulate an answer and/or a hang-up this call.
