Compatibility check between «CTI for MS-CRM Integration» and your telephone exchange
CTI-TAPI integration Compatibility Check is a control tool which checks the compatibility of « CTI for MS-CRM Integration » with your telephone exchange.
Installation de « CTI-TAPI Integration Compatibility Check »
- Downlaod CTI-TAPI Integration Compatibility Check application.
- Decompress the files in a work folder.
- Run the CTITAPIIntegrationCompatibilityCheck.exe.
- Select in Device of the drop-down list, the pilot for the TAPI customer and validate with Register.

- The registration status light should be green.

Outgoing phone calls:
Type a phone number in the field on the right of the « Dial » button and click on the latter to get the connection.

Incoming phone calls:
- From a telephone, dial the number of the telephone exchange.
- The Answer button flashes and the light becomes red.

- Click on « Answer » to answer the call.

If all preceding steps have been successfully validated with the help of the compatibility check application CTI-TAPI Integration Compatibility Check, your telephone exchange is therefore compatible with CTI for MS-CRM Integration.
